Ashley made the transition to yoga after years as a former gymnast and dancer. The movement of yoga felt natural and healing to her body after years of vigorous work. Her passion for yoga and healing led her to become a teacher in 2002.
Our experienced team of teachers including – Kristen, Joann, and Ray – will encourage, motivate and challenge you to become your best self. All you need to do is show up!
