Prepare for your first class

Here are some tips & tricks to help navigate the studio and have a good time!

Please arrive 20 minutes before your first class to register. All classes are 90 minutes long and begin promptly at listed times. Please understand there are no late admissions or early dismissals.

Wear light workout clothing – the room is heated – so be prepared to sweat! Plan to attend class well-hydrated and with an empty stomach. We recommend not eating a heavy meal two to three hours before class.

For each class you will need a mat, a large towel and a bottle of water. Our studio offers showers and changing rooms for your convenience. Consider bringing an extra towel if you plan to shower after class.

Please remove shoes before entering the yoga room.

Do your best to stay in the room for the entire class.  If you do need to leave, we understand, just give the teacher a thumbs-up before leaving the room.  That way we know you’re okay.

Only bring your mat, towel, and water bottle into the yoga room.  Everything else must be stored in the cubbies located in the hallway or changing rooms.

Come with an open heart and mind.



Important update

We are temporarily limiting our classes to students that have previously attended class at our studio.  If you are BRAND NEW, we are asking at this time to please wait to check us out until we’ve reached Phase 3.  We are currently restricted to the number of students per class and are foreseeing a potential struggle to accommodate our existing students.  Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.  We look forward to meeting you soon!
