Bikram Yoga Tri-Cities, LLC is now doing business as Infinite Wellness Clinic. At Infinite Wellness Clinic we promote health, wellness, and healing through yoga. We are beyond excited to be back to providing wellness to one of the finest communities of yogis around! To say we have missed you is a HUGE understatement. We are open for business and are providing wellness appointments under the current orders. Our new business structure requires all yoga visits to be made by appointment only – along with new procedures being put into place.
Our amazing team at Infinite Wellness Clinic looks forward to serving you and making your health and safety our top priority. We would like to thank you in advance for your patience during this time. Like so many others, we’ve had to revise a majority of our business model to allow us to open and meet the necessary requirements. Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible. What to know for your 1st class back in the studio and our updated COVID-19 reopening requirements:
- Registration & Liability Waiver – You must complete a new electronic waiver in preparation to return to the studio. You can do this straightaway – please go to the Student Waiver button on the main homepage. Also, please subscribe to our email list to receive important studio updates.
- Making an Appointment – The appointment link is found on our website – locate the WELLNESS SCHEDULE + RATES page and then click on APPOINTMENTS or any of the REGISTER buttons within the website. An appointment will be required for all visits due to the restricted number of students allowed per wellness session. All appointments are done on a first come, first served basis.
Navigating the Appointment Link – Once you have reached the appointment link – first time users will need to register. To register – you will need to enter your name, email, phone number, and create a password. After that, you will receive a verification email. Please check your junk/spam folder because they often times end up there. Open the verification email and click on the link provided. From that point, you should be able to login to the appointment system. The system is pretty user friendly from that point forward. We are happy to help if you encounter any problems – please contact us if you need.
-The only appointment limit at this time is for the weekend morning classes. Please only book for one day or the other. Also, we are limiting each student to one visit per day. No doubles during limited capacity.
-If a wellness session is full, we recommend that you add yourself to the wait list. If a spot becomes available then everyone who is on the wait list will receive an email notification. At that point – it is filled on a first come, first served basis. To secure your spot – go to the appointment link and secure the open spot as you normally would do for any making an appointment. If the session shows full – it means another member has already made an appointment for the open spot.
-Our goal is to provide as many students possible the opportunity to make wellness appointments. If you are repeatedly unable to make an appointment – please let us know. Communication will be key in determining how things are working with the wellness schedule. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy – Cancellations are permitted – as long as you cancel within 24 HOURS prior to your appointment start. Once you are within the 24 hour window – the appointment system will no longer allow cancellations to be made. All appointments not cancelled within the 24 hour window will incur a charge – even if you have communicated with us by phone or email. Unfortunately, we have been experiencing a very high rate of last minute cancellations and no shows. We apologize it has come to this – but with limited capacity – we must make our business viable and for now, this is the only way to do so.
Charges are as follow:
-Members with Single, 5 , or 10 Wellness visits will have one visit subtracted from their account.
–Members on the Auto Monthly will have a $15.00 charge incurred on the account associated with their membership.
–Monthly, 3 Month, 6 Month, and Yearly Memberships will have 4 days subtracted from their membership expiration date.
- COVID-19 Guidelines & Policies to follow while at Infinite Wellness Clinic –
-Facial coverings are required when inside the facility except while engaged in strenuous exercise, i.e. hot yoga wellness. Students can remove facial coverings once on their yoga mat in the heated wellness room. However, facial coverings are required at all other times including before and after each session – in hallway, lobby, and changing rooms.
-Upon arrival – please check in at the front desk. We have spaced the mats out appropriately with floor markers that have the number of the spot you reserved. Please locate your number marker and place the middle of your mat ON the marker with your towel on top of your mat.
-Social distancing must be maintained at all times to the greatest extent possible.
-We will not be providing washcloths – so if you prefer to use one for practice – please bring one from home.
-Mat & towel rentals are closed at this time. You will need to bring your own mat and towel for each visit.
-Water filler is open for filling personal water bottles. Congregating at water filling station shall be limited.
-Change rooms and bathrooms are open – although it is best if you can come dressed and ready for your wellness session.
-Showers are closed at this time with plans to reopen soon.
-The doors will be open and closed 20 minutes before and after each wellness session to limit congregating and allow for additional cleaning and sanitizing.
-We reserve the right at any time to refuse service to anyone who detracts from the facility’s safety, welfare, and well-being of the customers, staff, and facility itself.
