Welcome Back! We are beyond excited to be back to yoga with one of the finest communities of yogis around. To say we have missed you is a HUGE understatement. During our closure, we seized the opportunity to beautify the studio and make some wonderful updates. We look forward to sharing them with you!
We would like to thank you in advance for your patience during our reopening. Like so many others, we’ve had to revise a majority of our business model to allow us to open and meet the necessary requirements. Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible. What to know for your 1st class back in the studio and our updated COVID-19 reopening requirements:
Please note that we are temporarily limiting our classes to students that have attended prior to March 16th, 2020. If you are a BRAND NEW student – we are asking that you wait to begin until our county has reached a point we can increase our capacity. We are restricted to the number of students per class and are struggling to accommodate our existing customer base. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated and we look forward to meeting you soon!
- Registration & Liability Waiver – You must complete a new electronic waiver in preparation to return to the studio. You can do this straightaway – please go to the Student Waiver button on the main homepage. Also, please subscribe to our email list to receive important studio updates.
- Membership/Package Extensions – If you had a current membership/package when the studio closed on March 16th, 2020 – please subscribe and send us an email. All we need from you is your name – we have all package information on our end. A current account will be necessary to make a reservation. Otherwise, the other option is to purchase a single class or any package through our new MAKE A PAYMENT feature on the website and wait to discuss your extension in-person at the studio.

Monthly Unlimited – Purchase dates from February 15th – March 15th, 2020
Recurring Auto Monthly Debits – Debits made on February 20th & March 5th, 2020
3 Month Unlimited – Purchase dates from December 15th, 2019 – March 15th, 2020
6 Month Unlimited – Purchase dates from September 15th, 2019 – March 15th, 2020
Yearly Unlimited – Purchase dates from March 15th, 2019 – March 15th, 2020
If you had a Class Card package you do not need to contact us. ALL Class Card packages have no expiration dates. Any remaining classes you had on your account prior to March 16th, 2020 are still reflected in your balance.
- Reserving Classes – The reservation link is found on our website – locate the SCHEDULE + RATES page and then click on RESERVATIONS or any of the REGISTER buttons within the website. A reservation will be required for all classes due to the restricted number of students allowed per class. All reservations are done on a first come, first served basis.
Navigating the Reservation Link – Once you have reached the reservation link – first time users will need to register. To register – you will need to enter your name, email, phone number, and create a password. After that, you will receive a verification email. Please check your junk/spam folder because they often times end up there. Open the verification email and click on the link provided. From that point, you should be able to login to the system. The reservation system is pretty user friendly from that point forward. We are happy to help if you encounter any problems – please contact us if you need.
-The only limit at this time for classes – is for the weekend morning classes. Please only book for one or the other.
-If a class time is full, we recommend that you add yourself to the wait list. If a spot becomes available then everyone who is on the wait list will receive an email notification. At that point – it is filled on a first come, first served basis. To secure your spot – go to the reservation link and reserve the open spot as you normally would do for any other reservation.
-Our goal is to provide as many students possible the opportunity to practice. If you are repeatedly unable to get into a particular class time – please let us know. Communication will be key in determining how things are working with the schedule. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy – Cancellations are permitted on your end – as long as you cancel within 24 HOURS prior to class start. Once you are within that 24 hour window – you will be unable to cancel the reservation on your end. If you know you will be unable to attend – please send us an email ASAP. We have the ability to remove you from the class on our end – which will allow someone else to book your spot. If we can re-book your spot, your class will be credited back to your account – otherwise, you will be charged for class.
- COVID-19 Guidelines & Policies to follow while at the studio –
-Facial coverings are required when inside the studio except while engaged in strenuous exercise, i.e. hot yoga class. Students can remove facial coverings once on their yoga mat in the heated room. However, facial coverings are required at all other times including before and after class – in hallway, lobby, and changing rooms.
-Upon arrival – please check in at the front desk. We have spaced the mats out appropriately with floor markers that have the number of the spot you reserved. Please locate your number marker and place the middle of your mat ON the marker with your towel on top of your mat.
-Social distancing must be maintained in the studio at all times to the greatest extent possible.
-We will not be providing washcloths – so if you prefer to use one for practice – please bring one from home.
-Mat & towel rentals are closed at this time. You will need to bring your own mat and towel for each class.
-Water filler is open for filling personal water bottles. Congregating at water filling station shall be limited.
-Change rooms and bathrooms are open – although it is best if you can come dressed and ready for class.
-Showers are closed at this time.
-Studio will open and close 20 minutes before and after each class to limit congregating and allow for additional cleaning and sanitizing.
-We reserve the right at any time to refuse service to anyone who detracts from the studio’s safety, welfare, and well-being of the customers, staff, and studio itself.
