Prepare for your first day at Bikram Yoga Tri-Cities
New Students please arrive 20 minutes early. All classes are 90 minutes long. Classes begin promptly – there is no late admittance to class.
Wear very light workout clothing – the room is heated – so be prepared to sweat! Come well-hydrated and with an empty stomach. We recommend not eating a heavy meal two-three hours before class.
For each class you will need a mat, a large towel and a bottle of water. Consider bringing an extra towel if you plan to shower after class. All of these items are available for rent or purchase at the studio.
