About Bikram YogaBikram’s Beginning Yoga Class, named after its founder Bikram Choudhury, is a sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises suitable for all ages and levels of ability. This sequence is practiced in a heated room to warm muscles, prevent injury, allow for a deeper workout and flush the body of toxins.
Bikram scientifically designed this 90-minute class to deliver total health through balancing and strengthening of every system in the body. By the end of class, one will have worked every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, organ, gland and nerve while systematically moving oxygenated blood to 100% of the body. Bikram says, “Never too bad, never too old, never too sick, never too late, to start from scratch and begin again.”

Studio Reopening :)
To our beloved Yogis – We have missed you all so very much the last 6 months!
In light of the recent news allowing indoor fitness and training facilities to operate under Phase 2 guidelines, we are making all the necessary arrangements to allow us to open our doors in the very near future.
Although, we don’t have an exact date, we are working diligently to make that happen.

Once our new site has launched, you will find a link to our updated waiver. All students will need to read and sign our new waiver in preparation to attend class. We will also be moving to online class reservations (once open) due to Phase 2 restrictions placed on the number of students allowed per class.
