Bikram Yoga, Tri-Cities is owned and directed by sisters Ashley Hooper and Angie Casassa. The sisters opened the studio in September of 2007 and are natives to the Tri-Cities area. They are proud to be the owners of the first affiliated Bikram Yoga studio in Eastern Washington and feel privileged to share the healing benefits of Bikram Yoga with their community. Bikram scientifically designed this 90-minute class to deliver total health through balancing and strengthening of every system in the body. By the end of class, one will have worked every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, organ, gland and nerve while systematically moving oxygenated blood to 100% of the body. Bikram’s Beginning Yoga Class, named after its founder Bikram Choudhury, is a sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises suitable for all ages and levels of ability. This sequence is practiced in a heated room to warm muscles, prevent injury, allow for a deeper workout and flush the body of toxins.Bikram scientifically designed this 90-minute class to deliver total health through balancing and strengthening of every system in the body. Two New Classes Added for the Fall/Winter 2012/2013
Update on the Seasonal Class Times:
Beginning October 1st, 2012 we added two additional seasonal classes to our schedule:
*Saturday at 5:00pm and Sunday at 10:00am.Due to popular demand and class attendance we have permanently added the Sunday at 10:00am to our schedule.
The Saturday at 5:00pm will remain as a seasonal class.Our last Saturday @ 5:00pm class will be held on June 1st, 2013 and will resume in the fall on September 7th, 2013.
Thank you for your support and attendance to all of our class times. We look forward to continuing to meet the needs of our students by offering even more class times to choose from in the future!
